Service
QuickAttach provides tools for Shopify merchants to associate attachments or external links with orders and send transactional download messages. Merchants remain responsible for the content they upload and for having the right to distribute it.
Acceptable use
You must not upload malware, executable code, unlawful content, or material that infringes another person's rights. QuickAttach may block unsupported files, suspend abusive use, or remove content when legally required.
Plans and storage
The standard plan is US$19.80 per month after a seven-day free trial and includes 1 GB of stored attachments. Additional storage may be billed at US$1.99 per GB per month. Individual files are limited to 100 MB. Current prices are shown before a merchant approves a Shopify charge.
Retention and deletion
Attachments are retained for up to 365 days. Merchants should keep their own source copies. Uninstalling the app or requesting deletion may remove stored data earlier in accordance with Shopify requirements and our privacy policy.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and to restore service promptly after an interruption, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
